Beautifully written and enlightening. Dreams do 'reflect the hidden light of the soul.' And what better time to examine them than as days grow ever shorter...Oooh, I think I just got a slight shiver. ;)Ann Schwarzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09302072008087955647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4505530717632117465.post-84533178394767908692013-10-29T11:11:46.009-04:002013-10-29T11:11:46.009-04:00In Israel, we are about to enter the Hebrew month ...In Israel, we are about to enter the Hebrew month of Kislev, the month of dreams. There are ten dreams written about in the Bible and most are mentioned in the readings of this month. Here is a line originally written by my colleague and writer friend Nicole Nathan, as an introduction to our up coming author talks we have decided to do together. It's not shivery or spooky or is it? But Kislev, is one of my favorite months since you ask what we love about autumn. Dreams reflect the hidden light of the soul and open up space to examine and reflect, and the long nights provide us with an ideal time to withdraw and read. Of course, these long dark nights are preceded by Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, a Kislev holiday. <br />Gila Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03841746492927583303noreply@blogger.com
